KIEHL'S CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVES

KCRs are skincare experts who represent our extended family across the world. Their knowledge and experience see them personalise each customers consultation to ensure they are prescribed a bespoke routine, recommended to best suit their skin or hair care concerns and type. They respect and promote the Company, its philosophies and business sensitive strategies. KCRs embody the mission and entrepreneurial spirit of Kiehl’s, driving the business forward by achieving their individual sales target.

STORE / BUSINESS MANAGERS

Store/Business Managers implement the Kiehl’s strategy in store and are responsible for achieving superior customer service and business results of the store. They educate KCRs, whilst creating and fostering a working environment which enables the team to exceed their targets. They also seek out business opportunities within the community, demonstrating entrepreneurial flair.

ASSISTANT MANAGERS

Our Assistant Managers work with the Store Managers to achieve business objectives and superior customer service, whilst striving to achieve their own personal target. They coach and educate KCRs and assist the store manager in fostering a working environment that enables the team to achieve their objectives.
